Missing 94-year-old Turkish Cypriot man found in the bush

A 94-year-old Turkish Cypriot man who was declared missing by the police on Friday was found in an empty land in a village on Saturday. 

A search was carried out to locate him.

Rasım Özparlak, 94, a resident of Aydınköy, was found in a land in Yayla village, Dallas Region, around 4:00pm on Saturday.

According to police statement, Özparlak, who has been missing since on Friday, was taken to Cengiz Topel State Hospital in an ambulance for a medical check-up.

The police thanked everyone who contributed to the search activities.
