Man injured in armed attack in Girne

A man was injured in the foot in an armed attack in Girne on Saturday evening.

According to police report, the incident happened at 8:20 pm, on the Naci Talat Street in Girne.

The victim, Kyrenia, Eray Kenanoğlu, 46 was wounded in his feet and groin during the armed attack in his vehicle.

The attacker ran away from the scene.

Investigation on the incident is ongoing. 

Police have launched a search for the attacker who is from Turkey.
