Two Kenyan students almost drowned in a beach in Famagusta
Two Kenyan students were in danger of drowning in the sea of Famagusta on Saturday.
The incident happened at about 4:40pm on Saturday at the palm beach in Famagusta.
The two students, a 25-year-old male and a 19-year-old female were 20-meter into the sea swimming when they lost control and almost drowned.
They were rescued by citizens of the TRNC and taken to the Famagusta State Hospital and then transferred to the Lefkosa State hospital where they are currently receiving treatment.
