22 People arrested in Lefkosa, Famagusta, Güzelyurt and Kyrenia for living in north Cyprus illegally

As part of efforts to combat crime in the country, 22 people were identified and arrested for residing in the TRNC without a resident permit.

They were arrested between Monday, July 15 and Tuesday, July 16 in an operation carried out in several parts of the country.

According to police report, 2 people were arrested in Lefkosa, 4 in Famagusta, 1 Güzelyurt and 15 Kyrenia.
