TRNC government extends student driving licenses renewal free of charge until 31 August

The government of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on Wednesday, July, 14, 2021 issued a statutory decree to extend the validity period of student driving licenses free of charge.

According to the order published in the Official Gazette, students whose driving license will expire between March, 15, 2020 and August, 31 2021 will be able to extend their student driving license free of charge until 31 August.

The coronavirus pandemic was cited as the reason for the order.
