TRNC lifts ban on the import and sales of 'Puff bar'

The TRNC Council of Ministers has lifted the ban placed on the sale and import of disposable electronic cigarettes, commonly known as 'puff bars'.

In the decision published in the Official Gazette on Friday, the "Vapor Nicotine Product (Liquid Cigarette) Ordinance" was approved.

The decision is as follows: "The "Import and Export (Regulation and Control) (Amendment) Regulation" prepared and attached based on the authority granted by the 4th, 8th, 9th and 13th articles of the Council of Ministers Foreign Trade (Regulation and Control) Law. "Nu and 972 2- It approved the "Vapor Nicotine Product (Liquid Cigarette) Ordinance", which was prepared and attached based on the authority granted by Article 3 of the 1977 Goods and Services (Regulation and Supervision) Law, and decided to publish it in the Official Gazette.
