68-year-old Turkish Cypriot man arrested for killing 3 dogs

Police have arrested a 68-year-old Turkish Cypriot man for poisoning to death of 3 dogs in Kumyali, north Cyprus.

The incident happened in Kumyalı on Saturday.

Police in a report said, a 68-year-old suspect named only A.Ç was arrested within the scope of the police investigation carried out regarding 3 dogs that were poisoned and killed.

The police announced that legal action was taken against the person in question. He will be charged with violating the Animal Welfare Act.

The investigation into the incident continues.
