Four people injured in accident in Girne

A 19-year-old boy was injured following an accident in Girne on Tuesday.

The accident happened at around 2:00pm on Tuesday, on the University Yolu Street in Kyrenia.

The victim, 19-year-old Efe Uçar, was driving towards the north of the road when he lost control of the vehicle due to carelessness and crashed into a pavement and palm tree on the left of the road.

Efe Uçar who was injured as a result of the accident, and Utku Çınar, 20, who was a passenger in the vehicle, who was also injured in the accident was taken to the Girne Akçiçek Hospital for treatment.

Two other passengers in the vehicle, Alican Haddur, 20 and Yiğit Tufan, 19, were also injured in the vehicle and were taken to the Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital for treatment.
