Announcing the court decision, the judge said; "The right to life and bodily integrity of immigrants is at risk with the crime of human smuggling," the judge said.

The judge went further to state that if the immigrants are injured or die during the commission of this crime, the right to life of immigrants may come to an end and their bodily integrity may be damaged.

“The persons subject to this crime are the victims of the crime in terms of these crimes,” the judge said, “Human smugglers exploit the motivation of immigrants to flee their country as soon as possible, exploiting this difficult situation and gain unfair profits from immigrants.”

"It is a very serious situation that people who are willing to pay a high amount due to the difficult situation of the immigrants are victimized by this crime."
